These Terms govern nomorepoweroutages.com and the referral service offered by No More Power Outages. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them.

What we do

We are a marketing and lead-referral service. We introduce you to an independent backup-power provider in your area. We are not a generator dealer, installer, electrician, or contractor. We do not sell, install, service, or warrant generators, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Requests and consent

When you submit a quote request and check the permission box, you agree that the preferred provider for your area — and No More Power Outages — may contact you by phone, email, and text (including autodialed or pre-recorded messages) about your request and to confirm you were contacted and quoted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a provider will contact you, that service is available at your address, or that any price, product, or timeline will be offered. Providers are independent. Any quote, contract, or dispute is between you and them.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false or unauthorized information, interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful. You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to submit a request.

Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED AS IS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO MORE POWER OUTAGES IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR THE ACTS OF ANY PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
