This Policy explains how No More Power Outages (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this site or request a backup-power quote. We are a lead-referral service. We connect homeowners and businesses with independent third-party backup-power providers. We do not sell, install, or service generators ourselves.

Information we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you provide (typically name, phone, email, address, and answers about your property and project). We also collect the page URL, a copy of the consent language shown to you, your IP address, and the time you submitted, so we can keep a record of permission. Technical data such as browser type may be collected automatically.

How we use and share it

When you request a quote and check the permission box, we share your request with the preferred backup-power provider for your service area so they can contact you by phone, email, and text about a quote. We may also contact you ourselves — by phone, email, or text — to confirm that a provider reached you, that you received a quote, and to see how it went.

We may share information with vendors who host the site, send messages, or run advertising measurement, and when required by law. We do not sell your information for money.

Calls, texts, and consent

Checking the box is your prior express written consent for those contacts, including autodialed or pre-recorded calls and texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing messages as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us via the quote form and ask for privacy help — do not send sensitive documents in the notes field.
